Queue order made visible, summary charts

The Queue now reads as a line: the next item is marked, the others show their place and how long they have waited. The Summary page got charts per run and per day, which I took back the same day. The connection indicator no longer shows on the Summary page.
Features
- The Queue shows as a rail: the next item is marked "next", the rest show their position and how long they have been waiting (#72, PR #74)
- Summary page charts: one point per run across the days, and a daily chart where you pick the measure, with the model used (#66, PR #75)
Fixes
- The live connection indicator shows only on the dashboard pages, so the Summary page no longer says "connecting" forever (#70, PR #71)
